Week Zero Diary

Thanks to Missessgee for a great suggestion - that we have a diary section on here for everyone to store their thoughts and feelings through the challenge.

I'm a newbie to blogging so I am going to set up a 'Diary' post each week. Then anyone wanting to share their thoughts should be able to use the comments section to do so. If any of you know a better way to set this up please do let me know!

Good luck all, this is the week we get your 'start' weigh-ins and this time next week those of you with Saturday weigh-ins will be sending through your first results. . .

This is the first time I've ever got involved in one of these challenges - I just hope it helps - I'm feeling more confident of things already - I just dont want to let anyone down - I have been having a VERY SLOW weight loss for the last SIX MONTHS so here goes - wish me luck as we go on our way!

  5. I've been doing well for the past 5 weeks, but this is normally the dangerous time when I start to get fed up and lose motivation, so this challenge has come at the right time for me. It's so good to be able to read comments from others in the same boat. I'd love to be able to say on 1st May that I've lost another stone! Good Luck everyone!

Well I lost half a pound last week - that does not count for this challenge - so I'm hoping for a whole pound next week - I'm feeling really positive for the first time in ages - I did not binge after the weigh in so that's an improvement - I had a "controlled treat" and then settled back down to the challenge. Today it's my other half's birthday - I have bought a tiny cake - I intend to calculate the points of an extremely tiny piece for my "pudding" tonight - I should cope if this is about 3 points - that leaves me with 4 points for main course - perfectly possible.
    Hopefully you all had a good weigh in too and now we are all off the starting blocks!

    Well, I've lost 3lbs in my first week of the challenge so that's 11 more to go for me. Fingers crossed for you all. We can do this!!
