So week three is now over, we're heading into week four of the challenge and I'm pleased to report that between us we've lost an incredible 100.8lb in three weeks so well done all!
I'm still missing a few results from last week so if you haven't sent them in please do get them over to me. ReplyDeleteHi - after the success of last week (loss of half a pound - no don't laugh it was really good for me as it earnt me my ninth silver seven and I'm not finding this bit of the jouney very smooth) I'm spurred on to up my efforts in the gym. I am joining something called "Balance" - its run by a good looking young personal trainer and its a six week course where he will show special interest in a group of about six of us overseeing the amount and type of exercise we do as well as the eating we get up to and our mind set. It should make life in the gym a bit more social and its always nice to have someone showing an interest (even if you have paid him!) - this is due to start in April but its all the introductions etc at the moment - I'm really hoping it will boost the old metabolism - here's hoping.
