Week Three Diary

So week three diary and I've had an excellent week playing in the snow in Andorra. I went back to intermediate ski-school to pick up the confidence I lost in a bad fall a couple of years back and can't believe how much I've moved on this week. Even more I cannot get over the difference it has made to me to have a stone and a half less bulk to drag up the lifts and haul down the slopes :0)

I'm expecting a gain tomorrow on the scales due to the apres-ski but the work-out of skiing for three or four hours a day should help keep it manageable. Knowing how good it felt to be lighter on the slopes has got me really motivated to keep on losing weight so that next year I'll have an even better time! So this week let me know what you'll be doing this time next year with your svelte new bodies - and keep it reasonable clean ;0)

  1. hey everyone, don't know if i am posting in right place here. i am getting started tomorrow 9th march as had a BAD week. put on 3lb on mon after being really good and lost all motivation. will start back in earnest. hopefully will have lost some of weight i put on. good luck to everyone in the week. mand2k6

I'm not doing too well - beginning to think I have reached my natural weight - it can't be right to have to live in a state of constant starvation to get anywhere in this game - I'd love to shift the last 19 pounds so I've signed up to do something called "Balance" at my gym. Its a mixture of WW eating and a "tailored" exercise program that should (ha, ha!) start the pounds shifting! Wish me luck - it does not start for a couple of weeks yet - so maybe I can lose something before then.
