Week One Diary

Well this is the first real week of the challenge and we've already got our first losses coming in which is great news! Let us all now how you're doing by adding comments to this post.

I know some of you have mini-goals that fit in with this challenge; Bev9574 has a birthday in May, Mandi2K6 is off on holiday 1st May, RainbowCat1 wants the extra motivation throught the school holidays and Starfish264 has a wedding to go to at the end of May. How about you?

  3. This challenge is brilliant for me, 1 May is my birthday so it's a great incentive to get a stone off before then, works especially well as my weigh in day is actually falls on my birthday.

  4. Me - I just want/need/am desperate to get to goal this year. Come April it’s been TWO YEARS of continuous attendance at WW.
    Also I want to be at goal for our Caribbean trip and be able to sink when snokling - yes that's my motivation - I want to sink!

  5. I am going on holiday on the 13th March, only 2 and a half weeks away! Want to lose as much as poss before then, but I mostly joined this challenge to help me get back on track afterwards. I know what I am like when I go on holiday, have a hard time getting back onto the diet afterwards.
    Am having quite a good week, have just taken on some new work which involves a 40 minute walk 4 days a week, which will really help to increase my exercise, as I won't be able to get out of doing it!!

  6. I could cry! How can I have put on a pound after so much exercise and starvation? Maybe I just cant rise to the challenge and I should just get used to the idea of a life of lardiness for evermore.
