Week Two Diary

Well we've finished our first week and we've had some great results! I've had 30 results in so far and collectively we've lost (drum-roll please...........) 36.3lb !!!

It's a fantastic start to the challenge and I'm hoping when I get a few more results in we'll have a even more pounds to add to that number. Well done everyone and here's to another great week. For those of you who had a stay the same or a slight gain, don't worry, it happens to us all and there's a fresh new week right ahead :0)

Good luck everyone and don't forget to share your thoughts and feelings this week on this diary post.

  1. My non scale victory since joining the challenge (and since I have not had an on scale victory yet this is particularly important ) was being able to use a rope to get up - and back down again - a vertical river side in the woodland near our home (about 8 feet I suppose). I had been telling myself for years that it was impossible - and I told myself the same thing last week - but then I thought - "Hang on a minute maybe with a few stone less to haul I might do it” AND I DID!
So now what I really, really want is an ON SCALE VICTORY

  2. Wow ladies what a wonderful total loss - that's amazing. I'm very much looking forward to this week as I feel much more motivated than I did when last week started. I wasn't even sure last week that I was going to see it through and I have to say that the 3lb loss I had really helped motivate me again. I hadn't quite gotten so fed up that I aired my feelings but I know that if I had done so you guys would have supported me and motivated me to keep going.

Good luck everyone for week two - can we beat our week one loss??

Well done also to Shirley on her NSV!

  3. I actually lost a pound this week! Can I keep it off? Or am I condemned to putting it back on next week and yoyoing as I have for the last year? Any suggestions on how to stop this fruitless yoyo would be wonderful - I'm just so bored with the ups and downs and then the ups again!
